The Box Office will be closed in observation of Memorial Day on Monday, May 27 and Juneteenth on Wednesday, June 19. 

Our physical box office location is at 50 E Ida B Wells Drive in Chicago’s Loop.

Ticket Fees Statement

The Auditorium makes every effort to transparently disclose fees for ticket purchases. There is a base ticket price to which we add:

• Facility Fee: $4 per ticket – The Auditorium is a not-for-profit organization and a National Historic Landmark. This facility fee goes straight back into investment and improvement in our building.
• Ticket Fee: This ticket service fee, progressively calculated on a percentage of the ticket cost, helps us pay for our ticketing system, maintenance and regular upgrades.
• Credit Card Fee: This is a typical interchange purchase fee paid to the credit card network for processing our sales transactions.
• Amusement Tax: This tax goes to Cook County and the City of Chicago.
