Patron Services

The Patron Services Office is located just inside Aisle One (1) of the main floor and is open during all performances to assist guests with any needs.

The theatre’s main entrance, at 50 E Ida B Wells requires patrons to navigate three steps to enter the lobby. An alternative accessible entrance is located just west of the main entrance, near the corner of Ida B Wells Dr and Wabash Ave, allowing patrons to access the main floor of the theatre without the need to navigate any steps. This entrance is open any time the theatre is open to the public and is staffed by a Customer Service Representative who will help patrons locate their seats.

Accessible Restrooms

Two (2) accessible all-gender washrooms are located on the main floor for patrons who cannot navigate a flight of stairs down to the main washrooms located in the lower level lobby. Additional accessible restrooms, including an additional all-gender restroom, are located on the third floor.

Accessible Concession and Merchandise Counters

The main floor lobby bar is accessible to patrons in wheelchairs. If a patron requires further aid, staff will provide appropriate assistance.
