Custom House merges style and creativity with a well-thought out and enticing menu, resulting in a warm, urbane and metropolitan hot spot.  The menu focuses on artisanal meats and seasonal, innovative sides. A full service restaurant, Custom House is open daily for lunch and dinner; partner Sue Kim-Drohomyrecky offers an extensive selection of boutique wines designed to complement the  menu. Features include Braised Bone-In Short Ribs, Waygu Sirloin, Seared Maine Sea Scallops, Braised Greens and House made Tortelli.   A 3-course pre-theatre menu for $46 is offered nightly at the 5pm and 5:30pm seatings.

Russian Tea Time, a sixteen-year-old Chicago landmark restaurant, impresses locals and international tourists alike. The Ko family has been in the restaurant business since 1989. This South Loop spot, located just one block from the Auditoriu, features a hip, casual and welcoming atmosphere. The pan-Asian menu features far-flung choices like Peking duck with tamarind sauce, lemongrass marinated Vietnamese-style beef, Thai red curry, Japanese tempura, nigiri, sashimi and maki rolls, plus a create-your-own stir-fry option. Pick your vegetables, protein, sauce and noodles and chefs will whip up your custom creation. Tamarind offers many vegetarian options and a focus on healthy ingredients.  Fresh "fruitinis" are the drink of choice with options like Asian pear with sake and passion fruit laced with vodka. The minimalist space has a loungey vibe with slate and zebra wood floors and green bamboo walls.  A high-class feel at a reasonable price!
