Today the Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University hosts a variety of events, from dance to music, from Broadway to rock concerts. The Theatre also provides educational programs for students and adults. Keeping true to Sullivan and Adler's vision, the Auditorium Theatre truly welcomes all of Chicago.

Next Steps in Renovation

Plans to continue the restoration of the magnificent Auditorium Theatre are ongoing. Recent improvements include improved aisle lighting and restroom updates. We look forward to being able to restore the beautiful art glass located in the theatre house as well as the stenciling and ornamentation surrounding it. Tours

To really appreciate the amazing art, architecture and history of the Auditorium, one must experience it live. Join us for a tour of the amazing Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University and marvel at the art and architecture of Dankmar Adler and Louis Sullivan. Tours are available Mondays at 10:00am and 12:00pm. Additional times and school tours are available by appointment only.
